Developed a scalable enterprise-grade telecom fulfillment platform for GLOBAL KOMUNIKA designed to automate end-to-end eSIM and SIM card provisioning across multiple telecom vendors and marketplace channels.

The system was architected using an event-driven and asynchronous processing approach to handle high-volume order orchestration, vendor integrations, automated provisioning workflows, callback processing, and digital fulfillment operations at scale.

The platform centralized orders originating from multiple commerce channels including Shopee, Tokopedia, Shopify, and manual internal operations into a unified orchestration engine capable of processing 500+ orders per day with automated routing and vendor-based provisioning logic.

System Overview

The architecture was designed as a multi-vendor telecom integration and fulfillment platform capable of:

  • Aggregating orders from multiple sales channels
  • Automatically routing orders to the appropriate telecom vendor
  • Handling asynchronous vendor callback/webhook events
  • Automating eSIM provisioning workflows
  • Delivering QR activation data to customers via email
  • Monitoring provisioning activity and transaction logs
  • Managing operational reporting and analytics
  • Supporting retry and queue-based processing for reliability

The system functioned as a centralized middleware layer between marketplace platforms, internal operations, telecom vendors, and customer delivery services.


Solution

Refactor ke service-oriented controllers, penambahan Redis cache, job queue untuk heavy tasks, dan dokumentasi OpenAPI.

Result

Latency API stabil, throughput meningkat, maintenance lebih mudah dan tim pengembangan lebih produktif.
